Will Gardner

Clerk of the
circuit court

Experience matters

My name is Will Gardner and I’m running for the office of Clerk of the Circuit Court for the City of Winchester.

As a native of Frederick County and Winchester for over 40 years, I hold the City of Winchester very dear to my heart. After attending college out of state, I returned to Winchester to live and work and to start a family.

For the past 15 years I have served as Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court. In this role I have been involved in every facet of this challenging and rewarding position, from being in the Courtroom processing criminal orders to indexing and filing marriages licenses.

I enjoy working with the citizens of Winchester and serving alongside other courthouse officials. I feel I have gained the trust of our community by diligently maintaining vital records and by assisting with processing the required paperwork.

My experience is what is needed for the office to continue to run efficiently. The current office staff is outstanding and I will continue to offer the same respect, friendliness and courtesy the citizens of Winchester have come to expect.
